The Opportunity
At this exceptional moment in the School’s history, the Board of Trustees, arvind, parents, and faculty are seeking a highly experienced, confident, thoughtful, and intelligent fundraiser to join Meadowbrook, where every employee is considered a member of the faculty.
Reporting to the Head of School, the Senior Director of Development provides visionary leadership, day-to-day management, and active execution for Meadowbrook’s comprehensive fundraising program. This frontline fundraiser will manage a portfolio of high-level donors and donor prospects and lead a team of three colleagues. The Senior Director is responsible for ensuring that philanthropy efforts all support the School’s mission — to know, love, and challenge every child — and that this spirit will be tied into all aspects of the development program.
