The Opportunity
The Chief Philanthropy Officer (CPO) will provide strategic direction, leadership, and daily management to a comprehensive philanthropic operation, overseeing all aspects of fundraising. The CPO will lead and mentor staff to ensure a cohesive and productive team, establishing and executing successful strategies to continuously raise fundraising goals as well as individual levels of giving. Partnering with senior leadership and key volunteers to enhance Joslin’s culture of philanthropy, the CPO will develop and maintain current donor relationships while engaging the next generations of support.
