The Opportunity
Grants Plus is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Growth to join its Leadership Team at a pivotal moment in the company’s evolution.
This senior role will drive the full revenue lifecycle, overseeing both sales and marketing to support new client acquisition, expand services for current clients, and elevate brand visibility. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and partnering closely with the CEO and founder, the Director of Growth will shape go-to-market strategy, lead a high-performing team, and align growth activities with the company’s long-term vision.
Ideal candidates will bring proven experience leading revenue-generating functions in nonprofit, consulting, or B2B environments, with a strong understanding of grant-seeking, fundraising, or institutional giving. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to a high-impact firm that exists to strengthen the missions of other purpose-driven organizations.

The salary range for this role is $105,000 – $120,000 and is eligible for a performance incentive.
