Reporting to the Senior Director, Major Gifts, the ADMG manages a diverse, regionally aligned portfolio of prospects and is responsible for the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major gifts. Geographic territories shape portfolio strategy, travel, and relationship management, with the ADMG serving as a highly visible representative of Northeastern within their assigned region.

Operating within the One Northeastern model, the ADMG maintains a university-wide perspective, raising support for a broad range of institutional priorities spanning individual colleges, multidisciplinary programs, and strategic initiatives. While developing a strong general understanding of Northeastern’s academic enterprise, the ADMG may also build deeper expertise in a designated college or focus area, serving as a resource to colleagues and strengthening collaborative fundraising efforts.
