The Opportunity
The Vice President for Advancement joins Frederick Community College at a defining moment for both the institution and its Foundation.
Reporting directly to the President and serving as a member of the President’s Council, this executive will help shape institutional strategy while building the philanthropic resources necessary to support FCC’s long-term vision. Working alongside the President, Foundation Board, faculty, alumni, business leaders, elected officials, and community partners, the Vice President will lead a comprehensive advancement program that elevates the College’s visibility, expands strategic partnerships, and strengthens its culture of philanthropy.
This is an opportunity for an accomplished advancement leader to build upon an already strong foundation while positioning the College for transformational growth. The Vice President will lead major and principal gift fundraising, strengthen corporate and foundation partnerships, enhance alumni engagement, oversee Foundation operations, and prepare the institution for a future comprehensive campaign.
