The Opportunity
The Associate Vice President, Alumni and Community Experiences joins the University at a defining moment for its Advancement enterprise.
Reporting to Vice President Armin Afsahi and serving as a key member of the Advancement executive leadership team, the AVP will build a cohesive engagement strategy that creates meaningful experiences across every stage of the constituent journey. The portfolio includes alumni relations, stewardship, annual giving, communications, volunteer engagement, and signature events, with responsibility for building integrated strategies that inspire participation, deepen belonging, and strengthen philanthropic commitment.
With the University’s next comprehensive campaign underway and aspirations to grow annual fundraising from approximately $600 million toward $1 billion, this leader will play an essential role in strengthening the relationships that make transformational philanthropy possible.

The salary range for this position is $275,000-$325,000.
