The Opportunity
Pomona is seeking a Director of Complex Assets, Legacy Giving to play a central role in shaping its future.
Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Complex, Legacy, and Principal Gifts, the Director will lead the strategic growth of Pomona’s legacy giving program, leveraging a deeply loyal and engaged alumni community.
The experienced Director will also serve as the College’s foremost expert on complex and deferred gift vehicles, partnering closely with senior advancement leaders and frontline fundraisers to identify, cultivate, and close transformative blended and planned gifts, including bequests, trusts, real estate, securities, and business interests.
Combining high-level technical expertise with relationship-centered fundraising, the role positions the Director as advisor, strategist, and program builder, with the opportunity to shape the future of complex gifts and legacy giving within a collaborative advancement culture.

The salary range for this position is $175,000–$195,000.
