The Opportunity
Trinity College is seeking a Senior Major Gifts Officer to step into a high-impact, remote leadership role that blends autonomy, ambition, and mission-driven purpose.
The role arrives at a pivotal time. Trinity’s comprehensive campaign, All In, has already raised over $421 million toward its $425 million goal. The College is poised to surpass its target as it approaches its bicentennial and continues to fund priorities ranging from financial aid and academic distinction to athletics and the student experience.
The Senior Major Gifts Officer will manage a portfolio of high-capacity donors including alumni, parents, and friends ready to make gifts of $100,000 or more. From personalized outreach to closing significant philanthropic investments, this individual will steward the full donor journey, serving as both strategist and relationship-builder. The position includes regular travel throughout the region and monthly visits to campus.

This is a remote leadership opportunity based in the New York metropolitan area.
The salary range for this role is $150,000 – $175,000.
