The Opportunity
Family ACCESS of Newton is seeking a dynamic, visionary Executive Director to guide the organization into its next chapter of growth and innovation.
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will serve as the chief executive officer, managing a passionate team and overseeing Family ACCESS’s programs, partnerships, and financial health. This pivotal leader will bring strategic clarity, operational excellence, and fundraising expertise to expand the organization’s reach and impact.
The Executive Director will champion Family ACCESS’s mission across Newton and the Greater Boston area, forging partnerships, advocating for policies aligned with the organization’s vision, and deepening community relationships.
