The Opportunity
As it builds on the successful conclusion of a $1 billion campaign, Santa Clara University seeks a creative and entrepreneurial fundraiser to support the philanthropic goals of the Jesuit School of Theology.
The Senior Director of Development, Jesuit School of Theology, will play a critical role in securing resources for JST’s work preparing students to think critically about theology and to justly live out their faith in service of the Church and the global community.
In support of JST’s strategic plan, En Camino, the Senior Director will design and implement strategies for increased engagement with JST’s current and prospective major donors. They will create and execute donor cultivation plans to leverage this historic time for JST, achieve the goals of its ambitious new leadership, and fuel the School’s rising prominence as a global theologate.
The salary range for this position is $135,000 – $161,000.
