The Opportunity
The Broad Institute seeks a visionary, people-centered leader to serve as its next Chief People Officer (CPO).
This is a pivotal opportunity to shape the institution’s human resources strategy in alignment with its scientific and operational excellence. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the CPO will oversee a team of over 60 professionals, ensuring a thriving, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
The ideal candidate will be an accomplished HR executive with expertise in complex organizations, a strong commitment to institutional culture, and a strategic approach to workforce development.
