The Opportunity
The Vice President, Operations, will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of pediatric philanthropy at this prestigious institution.
Reporting to the Trust’s President and serving as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Vice President will oversee and optimize the operations of a sophisticated $200 million fundraising enterprise. This includes managing areas such as technology, analytics, donor relations, compliance, and workforce development while leading a talented team of more than 50 professionals.
As BCHT prepares for its next major campaign, the Vice President will have the opportunity to modernize systems, enhance data-driven strategies, and drive innovation across the Trust.
This role calls for an accomplished leader with deep expertise in philanthropy operations, exceptional communication skills, and the vision to lead a complex and dynamic organization at the highest level.
