The Opportunity
Trinity College seeks a visionary and strategic Director of Donor Relations to lead its donor engagement and stewardship efforts during a pivotal moment in the institution’s history.
This role is an opportunity to craft innovative donor-centric programs grounded in the four pillars of donor relations: acknowledgment, stewardship, recognition, and engagement. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Advancement, the Director will manage a dedicated team and collaborate across campus to elevate the donor experience, ensuring donors feel the profound impact of their philanthropy.
The incoming Director will play a crucial role in advancing donor engagement strategies, creating customized plans for Trinity’s top donors, and driving gratitude-focused initiatives that inspire continued support.
