The Opportunity
The Executive Director of Alumni Relations (ED) will manage the MIT Alumni Association’s alumni relations programs and lead a team of 30+. Reporting to the Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of the Alumni Association, s/he will coach, mentor, and implement innovative and successful alumni, reunion, and parent giving programs and be the chief strategist to their sophisticated alumni base of 138,000. The ED will also collaborate with colleagues to direct, manage, and promote alumni programs that require extensive personal interaction with MIT alumni while supporting the Institute’s priorities and the goals of the MIT Campaign for a Better World.
