Spay Neuter Network (SNN) is a mission-driven, high-volume veterinary services organization committed to increasing access to affordable, high-quality spay/neuter and related preventive care across Texas. Following a period of significant growth, SNN seeks an Executive Director (ED) to lead the organization through its next phase, focused on strengthening organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, and long-term sustainability.
The Opportunity
The Executive Director will guide strategic planning, financial stewardship, and organizational alignment; invest deeply in the success and wellbeing of SNN’s dedicated and hardworking team; strengthen the organization’s role as an educator and community partner; and reinforce consistent, dependable service delivery. This work will ensure SNN is well-positioned, internally and operationally, for thoughtful future growth.
