The Opportunity
NC State University seeks a seasoned fundraising leader as its next Executive Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations. Reporting to the Assistant Vice Chancellor for University Development, the ED will work closely with corporations and foundations, particularly in the Research Triangle Park area, to increase partnerships and fundraising initiatives for the University. This position will attract a strategic, innovative, and creative individual with management experience who will be instrumental in building a program and leading a dynamic team. The ED will have the opportunity to collaborate with companies including Fujifilm, Google, and Apple, and possess the ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization.
The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in key areas on campus including entrepreneurism, research, and auxiliary services.
