Established in 1962, UWC Atlantic is committed to the educational principles of its founder, Kurt Hahn, and operates with a mission-driven focus on using education as a force for good in the world.

The College, with its diverse student body of around 380 individuals from approximately 90 countries, emphasizes trust, responsibility, and accountability. The successful candidate should demonstrate an exemplary ability to operate at both a strategic and an operational level, driving and embedding transformational change in an institution. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a commitment to recognizing and dismantling systemic barriers, will be critical in this role. Multilingual skills are preferred, as well as multicultural or cross-cultural global work experience. The successful candidate will embody a global citizenship perspective, demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice.
