The Opportunity
The Director of Development is a strategic, relationship-driven fundraising leader who will guide all aspects of CMNW’s advancement efforts, ensuring the organization’s sustainability and long-term growth.
Reporting to the Executive Director and working in close partnership with Artistic Directors and the Board, this leader will shape and execute a comprehensive development plan that drives major gifts, corporate sponsorships, foundation support, planned giving, and special events.
With an annual fundraising goal of $1.2 million, the Director will build and deepen relationships with donors, inspire confidence and enthusiasm among internal and external partners, and mentor a talented team that includes a Development Coordinator and contractors.
