Founded in 1893, TMI is the oldest Episcopal Church-sponsored, college-preparatory school in the Southwest. Nestled on 86 acres in San Antonio’s beautiful Texas Hill Country, TMI offers a vibrant learning environment for more than 600 students in grades 6–12. The School’s Episcopal identity, optional JROTC program, and commitment to academic excellence form a foundation for lifelong leadership and character.
The Opportunity
Following the success of a $38.5 million campaign, TMI now stands on the threshold of even greater opportunity. With strong momentum, a deeply engaged community, and a bold vision for the future, the School seeks a strategic and mission-driven Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) to lead its next era of philanthropy and engagement.
Reporting directly to the President/Head of School and serving as a member of the senior leadership team, the CAO will partner with the Board, leadership, and the Advancement Team to design and launch a future campaign, grow the endowment, and deepen relationships with donors, alumni, and families.
As the architect of an enduring culture of generosity, the CAO will also oversee all advancement functions, including development, alumni and family relations, and marketing and communications.
