The Opportunity
Bryn Mawr College seeks an innovative and strategic Associate Vice President for Advancement Information Systems and Strategy (AVP) to lead the transformation of data-informed philanthropy during a moment of remarkable institutional momentum. As the College embarks on an ambitious new campaign and welcomes a new President, this is an ideal time for a visionary leader to redefine how data and technology drive engagement and fundraising success.
The AVP will serve as a key advisor and partner to the Vice President for Alumnae/i Relations and Development (ARD), advancing a comprehensive strategy for data governance, analytics, and systems integration. Overseeing teams in Advancement Services, Data Analytics, and Prospect Development, the AVP will lead efforts to refine campaign management, build performance metrics, and foster a culture of proactive, insight-driven decision-making.
In this role, the AVP will ensure Bryn Mawr’s advancement systems are optimized for efficiency, innovation, and scalability. This leader will apply best practices in data management, analytics, and emerging technologies such as AI and machine learning to shape strategy, assess outcomes, and elevate the College’s philanthropic enterprise.
