Established in 1915 as the Permanent Charity Fund for Boston, TBF has evolved over the years, strategically working to dismantle systemic and structural inequities through collaboration with visionary partners and committed donors. With a mission to open pathways to opportunity and build equitable communities, The Foundation actively engages in civic leadership, data collection, research, program development, and advocacy to drive social change. Internal responsibilities include designing marketing and outreach strategies, tracking cultivation and solicitation efforts, staying informed about industry trends, and collaborating with various teams within the Foundation.

The ideal candidate should bring at least 10 years of successful fundraising experience, strong knowledge of tax and legal aspects of charitable giving, and expertise in planned giving and financial advising. The role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
